How can you NOT love corporate Amerika? I made the mistake of sending an e-mail to Real customer service expecting an answer. I have an older MP3 player which is not supported by many programs. Real does not support it, and I wondered if they were going to offer support in the future. They send a link that takes me to THIS page, which basically says they don't publicly speculate.
